  • Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and device/browser information collected through cookies and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Voxly service.
  • To train your AI receptionist on your business information.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send you service-related communications.
  • To measure and improve our marketing effectiveness.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Voxly (e.g., Stripe for payments, Vapi for voice AI, Supabase for data storage) and as required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies including Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags to measure advertising performance and improve our service. You can disable cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Call recordings are retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion.
