Voxly provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service for businesses. We answer your business calls 24/7, handle common questions, book appointments, and take messages on your behalf.

2. Subscription and Billing

• The Voxly service costs $397 per month, billed monthly through Stripe.
• Your subscription begins immediately upon payment and renews automatically each month.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate business information for training your AI receptionist. You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to harass callers, or to misrepresent your business.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed calls due to technical issues, carrier outages, or force majeure events.

5. AI Disclaimer

The Voxly receptionist is powered by artificial intelligence. While we train it on your business information, it may occasionally provide inaccurate responses. You are responsible for reviewing call summaries and correcting any misinformation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Voxly's total liability to you for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
